As part of a campaign to promote the province’s rich history and cultural heritage, Limpopo Tourism is giving away a two-night escape for two (plus flights that leave from Cape Town) to explore Limpopo’s beauty.

Although Limpopo is best known as home to some of South Africa’s best national parks, such as Kruger and Mapungubwe National Parks, the province is also rich in history and cultural heritage. This year, Limpopo Tourism is determined to get the word out about the understated features of the province.

Some of the gems that will be promoted include the Ivory Route which boasts 3.6 million hectares of national parks, nature reserves and offers unique cultural camps where visitors can experience local traditions; Limpopo Wildlife Resorts, owned by Limpopo Tourism, offers accommodation in various national and provincial parks such as Lekgalameetse Provincial Park that features the unique Church Forest.

In collaboration with SA Express, River Lodge and SANParks, Limpopo Tourism is giving away a two-night stay at River Lodge for two.
