Josh Kempen is a truly talented South African singer- songwriter and exciting performer with a diverse and enchanting body of original music, which ranges from folk, to swing to garage rock. Previously nominated as “Songwriter of the Year” by SAMRO, he is now focussed on performing his music as a three piece outfit incorporating drums and keys.

Singer/songwriter from Pretoria, South Africa, Adelle Nqeto began her music career as one half of the duo Flint, meet Spark, which was seen playing major national festivals (Oppikoppi, Rocking the Daisies, Splashy Fen) between 2012-2015. In 2013, Adelle crossed paths with Jeremy Loops, who featured her on his album ‘Trading Change’, on his track titled “Lonesome & Blue” which was released in 2014.

14:45 – 15:45: Tidal Waves

Tidal Waves are widely regarded as the hardest working reggae band in South Africa, playing gigs from Oppikoppi to Pretoria, Cape Town to Potchefstroom and beyond. Tidal Waves write and perform original reggae music with traditional African music influences like Maskandi and Mbaqanga. The sound is original roots reggae with strong rock, ska and blues influences.

Justin describes his music as a fusion of acoustic and country rock and at the age of 27 has released his second album.
