There’s no sunset like a Kruger sunset

No matter the season, an African sunset never ceases to amaze, enrich and inspire. Those lucky enough to live in a province that borders the Kruger National Park during lockdown Level 3 have been sharing footage of their safari sightings on social media, leaving those who live far away green with envy.

Aside from the magnificent animals, the natural landscape is a sight to behold in itself. The bushveld is known for its calming effect on all who visit, and some vivid late winter sunsets have brightened up our days. ‘Never go too long without watching a sunset,’ the poet Atticus said.
