As winter approaches, some parts of the Western Cape as well as some parts of the Northern Cape received its first light snowfall last night [25 May] and Sunday, 24 May. Although snow always results in chilly temperatures, it also makes for beautiful pictures.
Take a look at the beautiful snow covered mountains in the Ceres and Worcester areas, as well as the Little Karoo and even as far as Sutherland in the Northern Cape:
