Experience the Thunder

Imagine yourself soaked to the skin and genuinely experiencing one of the Seven Natural Wonders of the World. However, be honest with us, could you pinpoint Victoria Falls on the map? Vic falls as the locals would say, is a shared resource between Zimbabwe and Zambia. More water flows over Victoria Falls than any other waterfall on the planet, making for a fantastic spectacle during the Zambezi River’s peak flow in April. The thunderous roar of cascading water can be heard well before you arrive to the park gates.

Low Season Rates

April is typically not considered a busy time for the Victoria Falls region, which means that you can often take advantage of off-peak specials in Victoria Falls town, Zimbabwe and Livingstone in Zambia if you avoid holiday weekends. You’ll also enjoy a more intimate experience on safari or at any of the many Victoria Falls local attractions.

Weather in April

The weather surrounding Victoria Falls is lovely and warm in April. Mornings are pleasantly cool for safaris and adventurous escapes, whereas the days are ideal for lounging by the pool or scavenging through local markets for the perfect souvenirs. You may experience a few short-lived rain showers earlier in April, but these will wane towards the end of the month.
