This accolade solidifies the nation’s standing at the pinnacle of global air travel standards, showcasing a commitment to excellence in airport operations and customer service.
The airport achieved an outstanding overall score of 8.57, with notable highlights in both on-time performance (scoring 8.6) and customer experience (with a remarkable score of 8.7).
These figures underline the airport’s dedication to providing a seamless and welcoming travel experience for all passengers.
As the plane descends into Cape Town, visitors are greeted with a stunning landscape the majestic Table Mountain defines the skyline, while nearby vineyards promise South African adventures ripe for exploration.
