A typical N2 road trip – Instagram’d

Posted on 10 December 2012

If you live in Cape Town, you know what I’m talking about. You know the passes, the towns and the regular pitstops. Whether you’ve experienced this mandatory road in the Western Cape or not, here’s a little Instagram view of my typical N2 road trip. Leave a comment in the comment section below if you know what I’m talking about or if you disagree completely.

My typical N2 road trip – Instagram’d

The rolling hills and the pretty mountains

How you get acquainted with the backside of the car in front of you, waiting for everyone to pass the slow poke in front

Co-pilot chill-out sessions

Clouds and clouds and lots of farmland

Driving through small towns and feeling like you're cruising at 10km an hour

The trusty one

The unique food stops and farm stalls

The food you buy at them

Road signs and counting kilometers

Seeing Strand from the top of Sir Lowry's pass and knowing it's almost over
