Those always looking for unusual places to stay, are in for a treat with this one. Buff and Fellow Eco Game Farm sits about 17 kilometres from George and offers eco-friendly ‘coconut pods’ and wooden eco-cabins.

This little coconut can sleep between two and four, making it the perfect escape for couples on the hunt for romance and friends looking to enjoy a beautiful kuier. A fully-equipped kitchen, living room, indoor braai and outdoor boma will make for the perfect stay.

Spend a chilly afternoon warming up in the wood-fired hot tub or cool off by washing the sweltering heat away with the outdoor shower.

Though sitting back and enjoying all that Mother Nature has on offer should be the top priority, there are plenty of exciting farm activities to dive into. Hop in a safari vehicle and enjoy game drives, or meander through the local veggie garden.
