WIN Two luxurious nights for four at Marataba Explorer’s Camp in the Waterberg worth R36 240

Marataba Conservation Camps is a new safari experience located in a privately managed section of the Marakele National Park at the foothills of the Waterberg Massif.

This is a place of big skies, dramatic landscapes, Big Five wildlife and hands-on conservation. An easy, three-hour drive from Joburg, the park is malaria free. The newly upgraded Explorers’ Camp has just six tents, overlooking a favourite waterhole and the dramatic Waterberg Mountains.

Every group gets their own conservation guide and vehicle, meaning days can be tailor-made to match your interests. Explore the bush on foot or by vehicle, swim under waterfalls, enjoy lazy bush lunches and learn about the conservation that goes on behind the scenes to protect one of the country’s most significant rhino populations.
