Since setting off on our bicycles from Cairo in January we’ve had some adventures, some hardships and some highlights. What else can you expect from a trip across mother Africa?
There have been tailwinds, headwinds and sandstorms. There have been midges that made us think we might be slap-bang in the middle of one of the ten plagues. There have been sunrises, sunsets and moonrises, children throwing stones in Ethiopia and elections in Kenya. There’s never a dull moment in Africa … and that’s just the way we like it!
