Part of the Africa Hidden Gems Portfolio, the estate has roots as a family vineyard and retreat established in Noordhoek in 1960. The relaunch transforms it into a high-end escape offering a collection of luxury spa suites, signature culinary experiences, and immersive wellness amenities, as per Tourism Update.
Guests will be able to choose from 10 spa suites, including six located within the Alexander Manor House. Each features indoor and outdoor showers, ocean and vineyard views, log-burning fireplaces, and private decks with heated plunge pools.
A separate Vineyard Villa houses three additional spa suites and a show-stopping penthouse suite. The latter includes a lounge, dining room, study, kitchen, and a private deck fitted with a four-poster daybed and plunge pool. The entire villa can be booked for exclusive-use stays.
The estate’s Vineyard Spa will offer a full menu of Africology wellness treatments, alongside a sauna, steam room, and gym.
Guests can expect tailored experiences such as:
- Picnics at the estate’s private Echo Dam
- Wine and food pairings
- Private cellar tours
- Whiskey tastings
- Bespoke dining at the Chef’s Table
E-bikes will also be on hand for guests to explore the surrounding Noordhoek village and its coastal trails.
With sweeping views, indulgent suites, and a wellness-focused offering, The Alexander Estate aims to set a new benchmark for luxury stays on the Cape’s southern peninsula.
