A mighty male lion was recently caught on camera attempting to drag a full-grown elephant carcass—by the trunk!
The dramatic scene unfolded near Manyane Gate in Pilanesberg National Park, where a young bull elephant was sadly euthanised after suffering serious injuries during a fight with another elephant. Since then, the carcass has drawn lions to the area, resulting in some truly remarkable sightings, Latest Sightings – Pilanesberg reports.
