Day 1

Friday, 17 November

  • 2pm: Check-in
  • 4pm: Opening circle and intention setting
  • 5pm: Sunset restorative yoga
  • 7pm: Dinner

Day 2

Saturday, 18 November

  • 6am: Sunrise yoga, meditation and swim
  • 8am: Breakfast
  • Free time
  • 12pm: Lunch and siesta
  • 3pm: Wellness workshop (nervous system regulation and journey through the Koshas; movement, breathwork, meditation, yoga Nidra, reiki)
  • 7pm: Dinner
  • 8pm: Fire ceremony

Day 3

Sunday, 19 November

  • 7am: Morning practice and meditation
  • 8am: Breakfast
  • 10am: Closing ceremony and integration
