Posted on 20 April 2021

Home to the largest variety of succulents and wildflowers in Southern Africa, Namaqua National Park is iconic and often unexplored. Here you will find wildlife such as springbok and eland alongside South Africa’s west coast beaches.

Recognized as one of 34 internationally recognised biodiversity hotspots, and one of the world’s few arid hotspots, this part of the Succulent Karoo biome is a less travelled part of the country.
